The Leadership of one of the front runner groups supporting the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration Arewa Youth Elites Initiative today paid the Managing Director / CEO of Rural Electrification Agency a courtesy visit at his office in Abuja.
The MD in person of Alh Ahmed Salihijo Ahmed was ably represented by the Executive Director Rural Electrification Funds Dr Sanusi Ohiare.
The Group was led by Comrade Dr Mukhtar Zubairu and few of his team who appreciated the programs and projects carried out by the Rural Electrification Agency led by Alh Ahmed Salihijo Ahmed and his team. The National Convener added that their presence at the REA was to pass the goodwill message of the rural communities around Northern Nigeria especially.
Comrade Mukhtar stated that REA was one of the leading agencies who are making the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration felt at the grassroot.
The Secretary, Comrade Richard Austin said they were readily available to partner with the Agency in ensuring that the good people of Northern Nigeria especially in the rural areas keep enjoying the electrification done by the agency.
Comrade Mukhtar presented an award of excellence to the Managing Director through Dr Sanusi for his excellent leadership qualities and trickling down dividends of democracy to the good people of Northern Nigeria and Nigeria at large via his agency’s programs and projects.
Dr Sanusi appreciated the team for their visit and tendered the apology of the MD for not being present to receive the team which was due to his official engagements.
He promised to deliver the message brought by the group to the Managing Director as delivered by the team.
