I struggled a whole lot last year, spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. In my helplessness I almost lost myself and blamed everyone else.

Amidst the pain, I sat on my bed one morning with a pen and journal and listed out all I was grateful for, in less than 20mins, I had written out three long pages of blessings. I cried happy tears realizing most times we dwell so much on the negatives and forget how blessed we are!!!

Gratitude is one of the most powerful human emotions. Once expressed, it changes attitude, brightens outlook and broadens our perspective.

I’ve resolved to be grateful always, to be responsible for my happiness, to spread love wherever I go, to work hard and be the best version of myself in every situation, most of all, I’ve decided to be INTENTIONAL IN ALL THINGS.

Being intentional means understanding your beliefs and values, and then actively living your life in line with those values. Believe me, when your intention is clear, so is the way.

I challenge us all to be intentional in 2022, in your relationship with your creator, yourself, parents, spouse, children, friends, colleagues, even strangers.

Get an accountability partner if you need to, but resolve like me to be INTENTIONAL always.
