The Medical Director National Ear Care Center (NECC), Kaduna, Dr. Mustapha Abubakar Yaro has expressed shock over the sudden demise of Professor Abdulkarim Yusuf Jika, Medical Director Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital (FNPH) Kaduna.
He expressed this in a statement he personally signed, made available to newsmen in Kaduna on Thursday August 26, 2021.
“News of the sudden demise of Late Prof Jika came as a rude shock. I am devastated by the occurrence.
“On behalf of the management and staff of the National Ear Care Center Kaduna, we deeply mourn our colleague,” he said.
The Ear Care Centre extended condolences to his immediate family, Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital, Federal Ministry of Health and the entire nation.
“We pray Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannah Firdaus,” he prayed.
It would be recalled that Professor Abdulkarim Yusuf Jika died on
August 25, 2021 in Kaduna and was buried according to Islamic rites on August 26.
He was 49 years old.
