The National President of Arewa Youth Elites Initiative celebrates Nigeria’s Democracy at 22.
In his brief with newsmen today June 12, 2021 in Kaduna, he said Nigeria must remain a single entity as no one has the right to destabilize the peace in Nigeria as we are faced with more challenging issues of National importance.
Comrade Mukhtar called on all Northern stakeholders to come together and ensure that the North regains the peace and calmness it was known for.
He added that insecurity has eaten deep in the North and must be taken seriously. He called on security agencies to vigorously curb the incessant kidnaps and killing of Northerners in all part of the country. This must come to an end immediately he said.
He reminded the Federal Government that the primary responsibility it has is the protection of lives and property which is becoming difficult as we are witnessing today. Government must wake up to its responsibility before the country moves into anarchy.
Comrade Mukhtar called on the IPOB and their cohorts who want to destabilize Nigeria to do so without infringing on the rights of the good people of Northern Nigeria who are going about their lawful activities and have the right to reside in any part on Nigeria otherwise they would be left with no option than to ask their people out of the North without a second thought.
He further called on Nigerians to be prayerful and love one another as this is trying time for the Nigerian Nation.
He concluded that our elders and well to do Northerners must stop been selfish and look inwards to ensure the development of Youths in the North.
