Model School In Daura will Be completed Next Year– Says contractor.


The Contractor handling the construction of Model School (1) Daura in Katsina State North -West Nigeria, Bamzy limited has assured federal government that the project will be completed April next year going by the fast track of the projects.

The managing Director and chief executive officer of the company Alhaji Yakubu Umar Zandam, disclosed this to newsmen in Daura, saying that Bamzy Limited is committed for quality and standard work wchic is part of the company’s policies.

According to him the contracts for the construction of Model school in Daura were awarded last year by Universal Basic Education Commission UBEC, which is now reached 70 percent completion.
Alhaji Yakubu Umar, also assured the commission that the project will be completed by April 2021, before the dateline given to the company.

The Model school is representing the seven states from the north -West states of Nigeria as part of the federal government efforts to improved the quality and standard Education in the country.

When going round with journalists by the project manager of the company Alhaji Murtala Mohammad said the model school would consist of primary and junior secondary sections, adding that the components of the school include classrooms, laboratories, libraries, multi-purpose staff room, offices, clinics, playground, toilets, assembly ground and cafeteria all will be equipped with state-of-the-art ICT device.

A source at the UBEC office Abuja said the projects is part of the efforts of Buhari’s administration towards improving the quality of basic education in the country.

The managing Director, applaud president Muhammadu Buhari for his contributions to the development of Education in Nigeria, adding that Bamzy limited will continued doing its best in building a quality projects.
