The Tinubu Support Organisation (TSO) has expressed shock over the sudden demise of its member Board of Trustees (BoT), Asiwaju AbdulWaheed Muritala.
A statement signed by its Director General, Comrade Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani, made available to newsmen in Kaduna on Sunday, said his death is a big blow to the organisation.
“Innah lilahi wa Inna ilayin rajiun. In shock but with full submission to the will of almighty Allah.
“The death of our Board of Trustees member, Asiwaju AbdulWaheed Muritala came to us as a rude shock.
“We have lost a patriotic leader, whose ingenuity and resourcefulness has impacted greatly on our activities,” it said.
The statement informed that he died in the early hours of Sunday after a brief illness
“We pray Almighty Allah grants him Aljannah Firdaus, while commiserating with our Principal, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his immediate family, friends and all members of TSO,” it said.
