Member representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency at the green chambers Hon Babawo has congratulated all Muslim faithfuls on the celebration of Eid El Maulud which is principally to commemorate the birth of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In a statement Hon Garba Datti thanked all Muslims in Sabon Gari and the country at large for their steadfastness and prayers for the peace and unity of the country.
He further urged them to use the solemn moment afforded by this holiday to vigorously pray for Nigeria, “I rejoice with all muslims on this auspicious day which marks a significant epoch in the annals of humanity. On this day, the great Prophet of Allah was born,” Hon Babawo said.
“To me, there is no better way to make this day memorable in our families and communities, than for us to embrace one another with love as brothers and sisters.
He prayed for God’s mercy and continuous guidance for all leaders in the country so that they can discharge their responsibilities in ways that would benefit the poor and needy in society.
He added that Nigeria belongs to us all and it’s a collective responsibility of all Nigerians to put heads together and support President Muhammadu Buhari and his policies for the betterment of the good people of Nigeria.
