The Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly on assumption of office as Speaker February 2020 pledged to reform, refocus and reinvigorate the Assembly for better performance as well as reclaim its lost glory in terms of Human Capital development and rejuvenating the decay in infrastructure in the assembly in line with the guiding principles of His Excellency Mal Nasiru Ahmad El-Rufai.
Production of quality leadership style towards upholding and sustaining the lofty objectives set by His Excellency Mal Nasiru Ahmad El-Rufai is his watchword. He has demonstrated unparalleled leadership skills, patriotism, integrity and courage in bringing change and ongoing development to the Assembly.
Zailani, the Peoples Man is popularly called Ciroma and is vision driven, a goal getter, a pacesetter in Legislative/Political Administration and a fanatical believer in projecting Kaduna State House of Assembly, Igabi Local Government which is his home and Kaduna State to an unimaginable and enviable pedestal level.
A goal eventually achieved to a very large extent as at today via provision of good roads, provision of transformers, construction of drainages, renovation and equipping of Primary Schools, provision of scholarships, health facilities, provision of jobs for youths, medical assistance to indigent patients to mention but a few. All these I say authoritatively. His commitments to the ideals and progress of people around him is unquantifiable and exceptional, this isnt surprising as he is the most experienced Member in the State Assembly as a four term member with the knowledge of practical political Administration.
Ciroma has refused to see the opportunity given to him by God for the leadership position as a comfort zone. He is always ready to give his best to ensure that the APC and the vision of making Kaduna great of His Excellency are achieved.
He has indeed carved a standard for himself in the Political sphere of Kaduna State and across Nigeria. History and posterity will certainly be kind to this quintessential and amiable gentleman. Under his Leadership and representation, Igabi Local Government has received several recommendations from home and away. Aside his leadership qualities and sagacity, he is an embodiment of humility and an epitome of good leadership.
He was born to make the world a great place and he has lived up to that assignment.
Rt Hon Yusuf Zailani has demonstrated Excellence in leadership in all ramifications. Under his purposeful leadership, all guiding principles of Legislative Administration is adhered to as he runs an all encompassing government putting into consideration all and sundry.
The Speaker has been severally described as workaholic, simple, polite and profoundly tolerant. No wonder there is peace, progress, development and tranquility in all he does. He belongs to everybody irrespective of any affiliation.
In the history of Kaduna State House of Assembly, he is the only Speaker who has appointed the highest number of youths as his aides as he believes in the principle of mentoring and believes in the school of thought that Youths are the Leaders of tomorrow.
The achievements and successes Rt Hon Yusuf Zailani has recorded on the saddle as a 4 term Member and now Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly cannot be over emphasized and it is our collective prayers that God in His exalted capacity will throw him up for greater responsibility in this nation and by extension the entire globe. He serves with dignity and honour, meritoriously and with utmost sincerity, patriotism, integrity, courage and dedication.
Certainly Ciroma is excellent in all positive ramifications and his likes are what the APC and Kaduna State youths are proud of as he deals with all with respect and love. He is indeed a golden fish.
